By accessing and using New World Asia Solutions services, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms apply to all users of our AI and automation services designed for rural SMEs in Sarawak.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

User Responsibilities
Acceptable Use
- • Use services for legitimate business purposes only
- • Comply with all applicable Malaysian laws
- • Provide accurate information in all interactions
- • Respect intellectual property rights
- • Maintain confidentiality of access credentials
Prohibited Activities
- • Attempting to bypass security measures
- • Uploading malicious content or code
- • Using services for illegal activities
- • Interfering with system operations
- • Sharing access with unauthorized parties

Our AI chatbot and automation tools provide general information and assistance. All responses are for informational purposes only and should not be considered as professional, legal, financial, or technical advice.
AI Limitations

Limitation of Liability
New World Asia Solutions provides services on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Exclusions
- • Indirect or consequential damages
- • Loss of profits or business opportunities
- • Data loss due to external factors
- • Third-party service interruptions
Maximum Liability
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for services in the 12 months preceding any claim, or RM 5,000, whichever is lower.
Payment & Billing
Payment Terms
- • Initial setup fees due upon project commencement
- • Monthly subscription fees billed in advance
- • Payment due within 30 days of invoice date
- • Late payments subject to 1.5% monthly interest
Refund Policy
- • 30-day satisfaction guarantee for new clients
- • Prorated refunds for cancelled subscriptions
- • Setup fees non-refundable after work begins
- • Custom development fees non-refundable
Termination
By You
You may terminate your service at any time with 30 days written notice. Termination becomes effective at the end of your current billing period.
By Us
We may terminate services for breach of terms, non-payment, or business closure with 30 days notice (immediate for serious violations).
Upon Termination
You retain rights to your data. We will provide data export assistance for 90 days post-termination. After this period, data may be permanently deleted.
Governing Law & Disputes
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Malaysian law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kuching, Sarawak.
We encourage resolving disputes through good faith negotiation before legal action.
Compliance
Our services comply with Malaysian regulations including the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), Communications and Multimedia Act 1998, and relevant business licensing requirements.
